What to bring
- Identity document and tax code (codice fiscale) for everyone in your household

Expected timings
Once it has been sent to INPS, the ISEE certificate is usually ready within a few working days.
The ISEE is valid until 31 December of the year in which you get it: from 1 January it has to be done again. It is best to renew it at the start of the year, so you don't miss out on the full single allowance (Assegno Unico) and other bonuses.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to get an ISEE?
Nothing. With us, completing the DSU and issuing the ISEE certificate are free of charge.
What is the difference between the ordinary ISEE and the current ISEE?
The ordinary ISEE looks at income from two years ago. The current ISEE updates the calculation to today, if your income has dropped a lot in the meantime, for example after losing your job. We'll tell you whether it is worth it for you.
Who should I include in my household?
As a rule, the people on your family status certificate (stato di famiglia). There are some special cases, however, such as a spouse living at a different address or children studying away from home: we check these together at our office.
Do I need a different ISEE for university?
Yes, for university fees you need the university ISEE. If you need more than one version in the same year, we prepare them all.
