For any matter relating to your data, you can contact us on 011 909 3278 or at centroservizi50@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide voluntarily: full name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and the content of your message.
We do not collect data through profiling tools. Data relating to tax and patronato matters, should you become our client, is processed separately at our office, with a dedicated privacy notice.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data sent through the form is processed in order to respond to your requests for information or for an appointment.
The legal basis is the consent you give when sending the message (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
4. Processing and retention
Data is processed by electronic means and with measures appropriate to ensure its security and confidentiality.
We retain the data collected through the website for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for any period required by legal obligations.
5. Disclosure of data
Your data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
It may be processed, on our behalf and as data processors, by the providers of the technical services needed to run the website (for example the hosting provider), strictly to the extent necessary.
6. Cookies
This website uses technical cookies, necessary for it to work, and — only with your consent — Google Analytics (GA4) statistical cookies, which help us understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject statistical cookies: no statistical cookie is set before consent (Google Consent Mode). You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site's cookies and data in your browser.
7. Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, as well as data portability.
You may also withdraw the consent you have given and, if you believe the processing infringes the law, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to centroservizi50@gmail.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legal or organisational changes. The updated version will always be available on this page, showing the date it was last updated.
