Dichiarazione RED

Reporting income to INPS for those receiving linked benefits.

We file your RED declaration, through which INPS checks the income that affects top-up pensions, increases and other benefits. We take care of everything, within the set deadlines.

What we do for you

  • Gathering and checking the relevant income
  • Online filing with INPS
  • Help with ICRIC, ICLAV and ACC.AS/PS forms too

What to bring

  • The letter or request you received from INPS, if you have it
  • Identity document and tax code (codice fiscale)
  • Certificazione Unica (CU) and any other income for the year requested
  • Your spouse's income, if INPS asks for it for your benefit
  • Any income from rent, from work abroad or from foreign pensions

Expected timings

Deadlines are set by INPS case by case and are written in the letter you receive. That is why, as soon as the letter arrives, you should bring it to us.

If your documents are complete, we prepare the declaration and send it to INPS. We'll confirm at our office how long it will take in your case.

Frequently asked questions

Who has to file the RED declaration?

People who receive income-linked benefits from INPS, such as the minimum pension top-up (integrazione al minimo) or social increases (maggiorazioni sociali), when INPS asks them to confirm their income. If you are unsure, bring us the letter: we'll check.

What happens if I don't file it?

INPS may suspend or reduce the related benefit. That is why it is best not to wait: as soon as you receive the request, we'll book an appointment.

What are the ICRIC, ICLAV and ACC.AS/PS forms?

They are declarations that INPS asks of people receiving certain disability or welfare benefits, for example about hospital or care-home stays or about work. We help you complete them and send them together with the RED.
