Modello Redditi PF

The return for those who cannot use the 730: the self-employed and more.

We prepare the Modello Redditi PF (the personal income-tax return) for those with income that does not fall under the 730: the self-employed, VAT-registered businesses, foreign income or rental income. We calculate the tax and instalments and prepare the F24 forms.

What we do for you

  • Self-employment and VAT-registered income
  • Rental income and cedolare secca
  • Calculation of balance, instalments and payments

What to bring

  • Identity document and tax code (codice fiscale), for you and your dependent family members
  • Last year's tax return and the F24 forms already paid
  • Certificazioni Uniche and documents for all your income for the year
  • If you are VAT-registered: invoices, registers or summaries of your business
  • Rental contracts and rent received
  • Receipts for deductible expenses (medical, mortgage, school, work on your home)
  • Documents for any income or assets abroad

Expected timings

For 2026, the Modello Redditi must be filed by 2 November 2026. In later years the date may change: we'll confirm it for you.

The tax balance and advance payments have their own deadlines. We'll confirm at our office the dates that apply to you and how long it will take to prepare your return.

Frequently asked questions

When do I need the Modello Redditi instead of the 730?

When you have income that the 730 does not cover: VAT registration, self-employment, some foreign income, or when you have no employer or organisation acting as withholding agent (sostituto d'imposta). We choose the right form together.

Do you also calculate advance payments and F24 forms?

Yes. We calculate the tax balance and advance payments and prepare the F24 forms to pay, with their deadlines.

I rent out a property: should I choose the cedolare secca?

It depends on your situation. The cedolare secca is a different way of taxing rental income: we compare it with ordinary taxation and tell you which is better in your case.
